The Notify Me! app has really been a great addition to our website and has helped our business showcase important reviews. When I needed customer service help, they were quick and easy to work with and got my questions answered right away.
We recently started using the app and are very satisfied - super practical and simple. But the best thing about it is the technical service. We had a problem with the pre-order function in our store and the guys intervened immediately and solved it in no time at all. Absolutely top, I can only recommend it!
Good overall App for the notifications on out of stock products. The email, SMS integrations are great. We particularly like the fact "add to cart" buttons can be switched to "Notify Me" or any other custom CTA.
The preorder setup could be improved, It's hard to sync preordered items with our shipping system. We lost track of a lot of the orders. Perhaps creating a new order ID for preordred items, separate from the existing order would be more effective.
There is also no option to add separate messages for each product on preorder. Eg we had a product on preorder due in on X date and another on Y date, but we could only display one date for all.
customer service is good, would recommend if improvements are made to preorders.

Their customer support team is awesome! You need something solved? Write them. You need adjustments to current plans? They can help. Even if you have not used the plan completely, you can write them and their team will assist you fast and solution oriented. Very much recommend for all the e-comm shops, that might face with stock-out problems for your best sellers and with Notiy Me! app you can easily and fast solve those issues with pre-order option.
I wanted a place for my customers to click " Place interest " in products that I would love to launch and understand what are my numbers to produce going forward.
So Notify Me allows me to change the button words and also allow me to edit the way the buttons look.
Aliya was very patient and worked with me on resolving the issues within the app being applied to the products. Thankfully, we resolved the issues right away and I can move forward with the pre-order!
