WOWWW. i tried several other pre-order apps before Presale Wolf and were all incredibly confusing to navigate, took an hour or more to setup, ultimately would not work for one reason or another, and the customer service teams were so difficult to get ahold of an slow moving. this app literally took 10 seconds to setup, it is impossible to get confused or lost in the navigation because it guides you through the steps one at a time, and i didn't have to reach out to customer support, but it's one of the only apps i've seen that offers 24/7 support which is incredible. so glad i decided to try one last app before quitting on the idea of pre-orders altogether. not to mention in blends in seamlessly with my theme. wish every app were this simple, intuitive, and effective. unbelievable.
I'm new to Shopify and still learning how to get everything set up. I was having some issues with my custom theme "Thalia" and trying to get Presale Wolf to integrate. I simply clicked on the chat now icon when installing the app and within about 30 seconds Eva was assisting me. It took probably less than 2-3 minutes for her to not only look into my issue but fix it as well. Just tested it out and everything is now integrated perfectly. Love the look and features of this app, so happy it worked!
This app deserves all the accolades. The work they put into shows because I just finished setting up in 5 minutes after spending the last 2 days wastefully installing and removing several other Pre-order apps trying to configure them, sift through the differences between their paid/unpaid plans and then even then, after the installation process, only to come up short in the testing phase. THANK YOU from a bootstrapping level ecomm. The very reasonable monthly tiers are so worth the value in time you get back. All other apps take note. Signed - someone who wants the last 48 hours of testing back.
We had a a small issue with customers only being able to pay by Apple Pay on our pre-sale products and the pre-sale button not coming up on the collection pages. Eva sorted this out in hours and the app is currently working seamlessly. Thank you.
Super friendly and quick customer service! This app is amazing - The pre-order function can be set to only offer pre-order until the stock level reaches zero. The variant will then display "out of stock". This is fantastic for businesses that order a specific quantity of garments for pre-order sale! I would most definitely recommend at least trying this app first if you are looking to offer pre-order to your customers. Thank you Boss Apps!
I was looking for a very simple app that would allow me to show when an item's variant would be "made to order" and take 3 weeks to ship verses being in stock. I tried several other apps and this one seemed to be the most straight forward. I was able to customize the button and a note next to it when the piece would have to be manufactured. Their customer support was also very helpful
Great app, easy to install, very functional with all the features you need to sell pre orders.
Besides a great product, their best feature is their customer service team, they are simply amazing, fast, technical and selfless enough to help me with a problem in my theme that had nothing to do with their app. You can be sure that behind the screen there are real people that will do their best to deliver a top product. Super recommended!!!

Simple app, but it seems to work well! It didn't work when I first installed it, but I contacted their support and they answered quickly. They said they had to make a "very small tweak" to get it to work on my site. Not sure what the problem was, but it seems to be working alright now.
We chose this app initially because it was one of the easiest pre-order apps we could find. What I enjoyed most though was that the app developer responded quickly to my emails to see if a custom adjustment was possible for my account. He did the custom adjustment quickly and I was very impressed with the service. Looking forward to continued use of this product.
