We had a great experience working with the team behind this app. We approached them with a custom feature request. We needed a way to be notified when any product in our store reached zero stock so we could ensure our pre-order messaging stayed accurate and aligned with our upcoming stock arrivals.

This wasn’t something the app supported natively, but the team didn’t hesitate to step in and build a tailored solution specifically for us. They suggested a practical and efficient alternative to real-time notifications a daily email report summarizing all products that had gone out of stock and it was exactly what we needed. They even scheduled it to arrive at 8 am NZT, which fits perfectly into our daily workflow.

We had some trouble with our pre-order setup—some products were still showing as "Sold Out" instead of "Pre-Order." This was a big issue for us, so we reached out to support. Eva responded quickly and was incredibly helpful. She checked everything, found that the "Continue selling when out of stock" setting was disabled and guided us on how to fix it.
The whole process was smooth and fast! Eva explained everything clearly, and within no time, our issue was resolved. Now, our pre-orders are working perfectly, and we don’t have to worry about losing sales when stock runs out.

The app itself is great, easy to use, and does exactly what we need. But what stands out is the amazing support. Having a team that responds quickly and solves issues efficiently makes all the difference.

AMAZING App. PreOrder Wolf provides the perfect solution to capture sales while waiting for my next restock shipments to arrive. It also enables me to communicate order status updates effectively with my customers. The support team is extremely helpful and friendly to work with. I’m incredibly pleased with the support I received from PreOrder Wolf! I reached out because I was having trouble activating the app on my website it just wasn’t appearing as expected. Eva from the support team responded quickly and identified the issue: the app extension hadn’t been enabled in my store.
