I was having a problem getting the app to work so I jumped on the chat. I heard back from support within the first minute and within a very short time they were able to find the conflict and get the plugin working right away. Very happy with the support.
Worked right off the bat! Instructions were super easy to understand and simple. Helped me get my new products off the shelves!
Eva was great, she responded and fixed our issue in minutes. I'm very happy with this app, hope to install it in our other store if all is good.

The customer service was friendly, but there was no way to set an expected shipping window for my customers.

Those delivery information in the checkout are pushed by USPS. Something our app can't control.
But we are still working on to find a way to do this. Will get in touch with you when we find a way. And give you a reason to rate us 5 star.
