I’ve had such a great experience with Eva and the team at PreOrder Wolf! We had an issue where our preorder products were still showing the option for in-store pickup, which we didn’t want. I reached out to Eva for help, and she was incredibly fast and thorough in addressing the issue. Not only did she completely remove the pickup option for preorder products, but she also made sure to walk me through the process to avoid this issue in the future.

The communication was clear, and the resolution was spot on everything is now functioning exactly as we wanted. It’s rare to find this level of support, especially with apps like this, but Eva went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.
