I reached out to them with an urgent request to set up a preorder button for my book, Mason Gideon and the Caves of Fate, as I was facing a tight deadline. I had a specific request regarding the PreOrder Wolf app for my store, and Eva from the support team handled it wonderfully! I wanted to change the default message that appeared when customers added a pre-order product to their cart. Instead of the generic "Type: Preorder" message, I wanted a more detailed and personalized message in Spanish, letting customers know when their entire order would be shipped if it included pre-order products.
