We had some trouble with our pre-order setup—some products were still showing as "Sold Out" instead of "Pre-Order." This was a big issue for us, so we reached out to support. We have been using this app for pre orders and it has worked brilliantly. When I went to use most recently, I couldn't get it to work so I messaged the team and within minutes they were able to fix it and get it working for me. So easy to use and after looking at other pre order apps- this one is by far the best AND its free! Great all around
