There is an additional feature that I needed to be included in the app to ensure customer satisfaction and BossApp has promised to work on the feature and revert ASAP. Overall, the app delivers what it says and any enhancement will only help to improve its reach and make it more enterprising for business owners like us. Easy to set up and looks seamless with my theme! I look forward to seeing how it works over time with custom orders.

I'm new to Shopify and still learning how to get everything set up. I was having some issues with my custom theme "Thalia" and trying to get Presale Wolf to integrate. I simply clicked on the chat now icon when installing the app and within about 30 seconds Eva was assisting me. It took probably less than 2-3 minutes for her to not only look into my issue but fix it as well. Just tested it out and everything is now integrated perfectly. Love the look and features of this app, so happy it worked!
