Highly recommend this app, been using this app since launch of our store, had issue few times due to clash with other apps, however, customer service helped me fixing the issues in almost no time.
We had a great experience working with the team behind this app. We approached them with a custom feature request. We needed a way to be notified when any product in our store reached zero stock so we could ensure our pre-order messaging stayed accurate and aligned with our upcoming stock arrivals.
This wasn’t something the app supported natively, but the team didn’t hesitate to step in and build a tailored solution specifically for us. They suggested a practical and efficient alternative to real-time notifications a daily email report summarizing all products that had gone out of stock and it was exactly what we needed. They even scheduled it to arrive at 8 am NZT, which fits perfectly into our daily workflow.
From start to finish, the communication was clear, helpful, and collaborative. They kept us updated, asked the right questions, and delivered the solution quickly. It’s clear they genuinely care about their users and are willing to go above and beyond to make the app work for specific business needs.

We had some trouble with our pre-order setup—some products were still showing as "Sold Out" instead of "Pre-Order." This was a big issue for us, so we reached out to support. Eva responded quickly and was incredibly helpful. She checked everything, found that the "Continue selling when out of stock" setting was disabled and guided us on how to fix it.
The whole process was smooth and fast! Eva explained everything clearly, and within no time, our issue was resolved. Now, our pre-orders are working perfectly, and we don’t have to worry about losing sales when stock runs out.
