I had a small issue, so I contacted someone on the chat. The response was really quick and the app is working perfect now.
We have a custom theme which needed some slight tweeking. Eva was amazing. She responded super quickly and had the app working perfectly in a few minutes. This app will now allow us to accept backorders in those rare occasions our incoming stock is running late.
Initially, the app experienced issues (the fault was the template I was using), but Eva promptly resolved the issue within minutes. I'm pleased with the friendly and swift customer service. Now the app works perfect!
