I can’t say enough about how amazing the support from PreOrder Wolf has been! I reached out to their team regarding a couple of issues on my site, and within moments, Eva was on it, providing the most thorough and efficient assistance I've ever received. Not only did she resolve my initial concern, but she also went above and beyond to address other questions I had.
Initially, I encountered a minor bug, but it seemed to disappear after clearing my cookies. From there, I asked if it would be possible to add some formatting changes to the 'delivery info' section on my site. I wanted the text to be bold and more prominent for customers, making it stand out. Eva jumped on the task immediately and implemented the changes perfectly. The responsiveness was just incredible!
But it didn’t stop there! I had another issue where the product details weren’t showing up on my home page. Even though this was beyond the scope of what their app typically handles, Eva kindly offered to look into it and help me troubleshoot the problem. These guys are the shiz, love the app. Gagan at PreOrder Wolf was great and was happy to help me out with any issues that came up.
The only issue was a small conflict with another app and they solved it quickly for me. Highly recommend. Simple and effective app and helps you sell pre-orders really well.
There are so many PreOrder solutions in the Shopify App Store it's hard to know which one is legit. This one seemed to be the simplest and most appropriate for the majority of users and it has best practices built in.
My favorite is the Ron Popeil set it and forget it setting. Once you determine a product needs to be setup for preorder, you can just select it for Preorder and then select it to switch to PreOrder whenever it's out of stock!
That way anytime you have out of stocks you're ready to take Preorders. Boom!

We have been using this app for pre orders and it has worked brilliantly. When I went to use most recently, I couldn't get it to work so I messaged the team and within minutes they were able to fix it and get it working for me. So easy to use and after looking at other pre order apps- this one is by far the best AND its free! Great all around
