Great app! been using it for about 3 years and have never had an issue, Customer support works great and they respond very fast. whenever you want to ask any questions or have any concerns they're always there for you.
We had some trouble with our pre-order setup—some products were still showing as "Sold Out" instead of "Pre-Order." This was a big issue for us, so we reached out to support. Eva responded quickly and was incredibly helpful. She checked everything, found that the "Continue selling when out of stock" setting was disabled and guided us on how to fix it.
