Great support experience. I asked if it was possible to show the pre-order shipping information in the cart, since customers could easily miss it before checkout. Although it wasn't something the app supported initially, the team implemented a new feature that lets me add custom cart labels for individual products and customize the pre-order button text.
They were quick to respond, easy to communicate with, and happy to make a small follow-up change to the wording after everything was set up. The whole process was smooth, and the final result works exactly as I needed. Really appreciate how responsive and helpful the support was.
