Easy to set up.

Wasn't updating my products to backorder when they hit 0 but customer service helped fix it quickly.

Runs very smooth and is easy to use. As a beginner to Shopify functions the app was easily compatible to my theme and website. Highly recommend for starting business and even experienced. Makes PreOrder easy with great customizable tools.

Looks like a great free option for now. They are very helpful, and removed their branding at no cost to me as a special introduction. Jump on this app if you are going to set up a presale on your site!

The app is lovely, and does what we need perfectly.
HOWEVER, they added an AD and an external link on our Product page for their app on our live website without informing us, which is a big no-no. They fixed it within a minute after I reached out to them, but should not have been done in the first place.

I'd give them a 5/5 for the app, but a 1/5 for such marketing tactics.

A very great option to offer pre order payments to you customers!
I had some small issues regarding the installation and some visual changes I wanted to make, but they are very quick to respond via chat and help you out straight away!

Hopefully in the future, they could integrate even more visual customization options to do it yourself. But they can help out with almost every wish you have, thanks!
