I have only used this app for a short while. It was really easy to setup and is pretty intuitive to use. There was one glitch where the preorder stopped showing up on the product. I went back to the app and turned it off and back on and it started working again. It could have been an issue with the timer. Either way, it was an easy fix. It has all the features I needed for the preorder of the mittens I wanted to do, so far really great.

The support team is super responsive. Do give them a chance and try out their services. Been using their service and no issues. Bravo to the team behind all.
