This was so much easier than the first preorder app that I tried (that I would have had to pay for). With the other app, It took hours to receive a response. Using the PreQuick chat feature, I had a response within minutes.

The representative understood my issue very quickly, was polite, and very clear in helping me solve my issue (and I'm not a tech person). I highly recommend this app for preorders.

Love this app. It makes the pre order function on the website easy to use and create. I have tried others that are so over complicated making it too long to even bother with pre order. Now I feel confident at the speed and ease of this app and have already seen my sales increase
