Good simple app straightforward installation and great service form the developers to resolve small issues.
This app have very good support, they answer me in a while :)
This app worked great! Really easy to use and the few questions I had were quickly answered by their customer support:) I plan to use this app again!
Great app with excellent support team! Easy to customise messaging, manage products and install into our theme
App was not performing properly after the free trial. I purchased the standard plan and it did not sync with our website. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it and it asked for to select a plan and approve another charge, even though I had just purchased the app. After a few email correspondences with support they deferred me to shopify payments to fix the payment issue, never resolving our initial issue with the app. Overall, waayyyy to much time spent on an app who's main functionality is creating a pre-order button and issuing a message on our product page.
I definitely liked the idea of doing pre-orders. I removed the app because my trial was over and I was not quite ready to go fult tilt with my store. When I uninstalled that app I could not remove the pre-order me button. I tried reinstalling the app but it will not let me because my trial is over. I put up a product review and the developer immediately responded to let me know how to fix it! I would gladly pay for this service and will do so when I need it again in the future.

The app had inserted two snippets into your theme in product.liquid and cart.liquid files.
To remove the app snippets just need to remove the snippet references from product.liquid and cart.liquid files then save the changes.

A nice, simple app. It has some issues with a Bold app I currently have installed, but we got it to work well enough with a small work-around. If you don't have a ton of apps, you'll be golden with this one. Customer support was on top of things too.
So far its been good, Had a bumpy start setting it up but support was extremely quick and helpful with clearing all of my problems.
I thought the app originally had over written some of my customizations but it was actually when I added Amazon Pay. The supplier helped me find the real issue and told me how to fix it. The app was working perfectly. I would recommend this app to anyone.

Our app provides the full-featured 7-days FREE TRIAL, includes many customization functions. you can easy to trial it with any store. In the FREE TRIAL, we help your store to did a few customization settings to help you to understand our app how to work and how to use it and you left the 5-stars positive review in the FREE TRIAL period. It’s a good journey for both of us.
After that, in the second week, we did delay answering emails(vacation for team-build), but still replied it before the weekend. But at the same time, you DIDN'T subscribe to any paid plan still under the FREE TRIAL status, since resources issue, we will only focus on providing the perfect service to the paid customer as the high priority.
Anyway, we apologize for your experience and will continue to improve our app and customer services.
So far the app is working great. Using the app is very straightforward. I had a css issue with how the button looked and the support team answered my email immediately and fixed it. Happy customer here!
