Quite disappointed with this app. I loved it at the start but for the past 3 months it's been sending my customers emails that their order contained a preordered product when it doesn't. So it has created a lot of confusion. I have contacted support 4 times and then I don't receive a response and they close the ticket. I then have to open another ticket and the same issue happened. Unfortunately I will have to look for an alternative application as I am not getting help to solve the issue.

However, it appears that you were having trouble with receiving all our emails. We've been sending emails ever since you've had this issue to date.

Awesome awesome awesome support. I had to reach out to get the app to work exactly how I wanted but after they configured it for my theme, I was able to customize it and get it running right away.
Extremely easy to use and very functional.
We have started using this app to take preorders on upcoming items. We have since sold thousands of units using this software!

The app works great, but the real selling point is the support! Fast, clear, and helpful every time. Update: We ran into a small hiccup setting up new products, but Raymond replied quickly to our chat and things were cleared up in 15 minutes. Follow-up Oct 2022: We had a minor issue come up, Amandeep fixed it fast!
Rashem and Aman and the support team were a big help on integration for our site.

Hi, This is the first time I am trying an Preorder option in my shopify store, without reading much I went and selected this app. I did not know how to set it up but it was very easy and it works perfect. I had tried Preoder option for 2 of my products and it conveys the exact message to the customer. I will recommend this app.
looks good but it doesn't have the email option, I have to pay extra for that such a bummer, lets see how it goes

Great app, simple and effective for offering pre-orders. We use this as a way to offer our customers early access to products that haven't landed in our warehouse yet. Support is always top notch, quick responses and really competent help
