look elsewhere - WOD:PreOrder Now does not function properly. App allowed oversales on 2 pre-releases with a set sale limit, created a lot of headache and work for our customer service team. We walked through product set up with app's support team, did not stop the overselling.

So far it's been a pretty good experience. Would love better tagging integration with quick pay options. It would also be much easier if we could update button styles on our own instead of reaching out to tech support.

This app works exactly as expected and is very easy to use. The preorder setup is clear and flexible, and it integrates smoothly with Shopify themes.
What really stands out is the support team. Rayan was extremely helpful, responsive, and proactive — he not only helped me change the preorder message color but also fixed a layout issue I hadn’t noticed yet. Everything was handled quickly and professionally.

Getting customer support can be tricky if you are a business in Australia, as the PreOrder Now team works 9am-5pm (EST), as this is essentially overnight for us. In saying that I was able to get my issues resolved, it just took a week instead of probably an hour.
