So far it works like a dream. I don't need much, so the free version works perfectly. I did need help on a setting and Amandeep was quick and friendly. He was able to fix it in no time flat.

This app fits our current needs perfectly. We have had a couple of challenges that a chat with customer support solved quickly. Tonight I ran in to small issue, opened the chat window and Josh had it fixed in a matter of minutes.
