Regarding the automatic discount problem, this issue is caused by a compatibility conflict between our application and Shopify’s automatic discounts. This occurs solely when discounts or partial payments are enabled within our application while the “purchase option” remains disabled. Our support team had advised you on August 25th to disable this in order to resolve the issue with the other Candy Rack application installed on your store.
The loading time that you’ve observed is likely due to other files and/or scripts installed on your store. It’s advisable to optimize your theme by removing unnecessary elements; this should also serve to speed up your entire site.
We’re unsure exactly what you mean by this; there may have been a miscommunication here. We have escalated this internally and a member of our team will be reaching out to you to clarify and resolve this issue.
