Still learning and it’s nice to have the information, customer service is better when you give them information before hand.
A great Ap, simple to set up, simple to use. Had one slight issue setting up (with our theme, not the Ap itself) but the quick & freindly technical support we received sorted it out in no time.
I installed and tried every single preorder app on Shopify's app store and this one is the best. The App is amazing, it has all the features and customer service is the best. The other apps didn't work and their customer service was absolutely terrible. Apparently I have a tricky or new theme "Atlantic" and none of the services worked out of the box with it. Pre-order now also had several tricky issues but they were quick to resolve it and customized it to work with my theme.
They solved every issue and even one I didn't even mention yet. Boom done, perfect. Meanwhile every other apps customer service was like ummm here's a useless link to waste your time, oh that didn't work umm uggg, choke.... Thank you Pre-oder Now for saving my business launch.
Fantastic support. Nicoz has been extremely helpful. Highly recommend.
Apps easy to use, and integration advice has been great.

We need something so we could let people know we were out of stock and a lead time for shipping to continue selling our products. This App “Pre-Order Now” works great and is simple to use with a low $10 monthly fee. I highly recommend to anyone.

I am new to the app and find it very easy to use and what I needed to drive sales for stock landing soon as my web site prior said sold out on 80% of our range. It would be good to tick and bulk select single products instead of doing one at a time though.
