We use this app to manage pre-orders and back orders. and it works great. Additionally, on rare occasions when an issue does pop up, their support is excellent.

Tech support was awesome. They worked on the issue with the Add To Cart button not working, and escalated it when they were having issues with the code. Aman stayed on top of it until it was fixed.

Easy to start using, operates exactly as advertised, and very powerful options/customisation. Support is very helpful and responds quickly, which helps to get the fiddly bits perfect (given our highly complex customised website).
