It does the basic job and support is good. Would like if pre-orders more clearly marked on the Orders page and the customer email notification to emphasize the purchase was a pre-order to be fulfilled at a specified date.
And even though you can use a filter to view only pre-orders, it would be really helpful to view only non pre-orders.
The setup was a little tricky. It took a while to get the app with the store. after the setup great!

I had an issue and Vlad fixed it quickly and was really helpful and nice! He also made some small changes to help our account more compatible with our theme, which was very helpful

I used this app to help me keep track of product demand when my inventory runs out. I was having some issues with the pre-order button showing up on my product pages after install, but customer service helped me and solved the problem all on a late Friday evening too
I love the step by step and also the quick response from customer service. They got the problem solved immediately

Plugin adds great functionality to the site and turns a typical "SOLD OUT" into an interesting opportunity for customers. The problem comes from when they put out an update. This happens every few months, and when it does, all of my settings vanish. The site starts making all orders look like pre-orders. The Pre-Order banners on my item images disappear. I have to do all of my initial setup all over again. This is beyond frustrating. I can't babysit my website like this and by the time that I catch it when this happens, it's already caused a problem with a customer. Seems like something that could be fixed easily. Would be great if I were notified about an update before it took effect and gave me the option of doing it or not, or at least sent out an email about it, or at the very least, DON'T CHANGE MY SETTINGS.

You are correct, that's frustrating.
However, without further details (e.g., exactly when did it happen? did you change/update your theme? etc) we can't accurately pinpoint the issue.
On top of that, we haven't had any HUGE update to date, only on the 16th of March which was the Pricing plan update.

Nice lay out.The venture store front slides show doesn't work with this app.Add to cart pops up also and then the pre-order glitches in .this needs to be fixed so its seamless .
