I used this app to generate more revenue with sold out products and it works well. The only thing I would suggest is making the ribbon on the product a little larger...other than that, the app works well to launch pre-orders.

So once the notification addition came out my company wanted to utilize it. We spend a lot of time on our own trying to get it to work but couldn't (so if anything that's a downside) I then talked to customer support and Jorge w
as incredible. This man is so patient throughout the whole process walking me through things multiple times over multiple days. I would leave the conversation midway through some days to take care of work fires, but when i came back Jorge was there ready to pick back up where we left off. Jorge gets 10/5 stars he's that amazing.

Easy to install. Would recommend for all business' of all sizes where back ordering stock can help boost sales. If they help increase my sales, i will increase my subscription level.
Generally this app works well for me, I've sold a lot of products through pre-order now. Occasionally the products don't update as they should initially, but customer service are always very helpful and resolve the issue quickly for me. But would be better if it just worked first time as my time is very limited.

Der Support ist schnell und gut. Auf Wordpress gab es schon bessere Pre-Order Apps/Plug-ins, jedoch ist diese App definitiv am besten auf Shopify.
Update 21.10.2022 (5 stars to 3 stars):
The App is causing a major SEO issue. In the App liquid in line 509 there is a "notify me when available" text with H1-Tag installed. I don't know why anyone ever thought it would be a good idea to make something so trivial H1. I mean, I don't even use this notify me when available function, but still have the trouble with the issue. I can't fix it myself, because if I change it to H6 myself it just will be back to H1 the next day. The development team seems to not be able to just change the H-Tag at the moment, so the app is creating major SEO issues for all users at the moment and you cannot do anything about it for the time being.
Support Team was kind and fast in their response, but sadly could not do anything and you just have to wait if this issue might be solved at some point...
Update 25.12 (3 stars to 4 stars):
Only now realized that I used German and English in a mixed way for my review. Anyway, just wanted to update from 3 stars to 4 stars now that I have more comparison. I think they solved the H1 Tag issue, which is good.
They also seem to have a quick loading time for the pre-order function, which I realized after comparing it to others that needed too long to load the per-order functionality on the product page.
Still can't give 5 stars because they could not make the badges work completely properly and I had to get some other app for this and sometimes the app does not save custom pre-order settings, so you have to be careful

I use the app to do a monthly preorder on art prints. This enables me to generate sales without paying up front costs of potentially unsold prints! It's perfect. The app worked great, but then all of a sudden stopped working. I reached out for help and within 2 hours the problem had been resolved behind the scenes. Great customer service. Great app!

Very useful App, works well. It would help if you could see the part number when searching for products.
Great app for basic pre-orders. Lacking a little on functionality and on configuration details for the buttons and badges etc.. but serves the purpose for now.

The guys are normally pretty responsive to requests. I recently had an issue with the new product functionality not working for 24 hours, but it turns out it was an upgrade failing at Shopify's end. Not their fault but communication could have been better. An extras star held back for when that improves!
