We have over 4000 skus constant flux of inventory and this app is essential to customer service. Works well and dev is very responsive. Great to work with. Takes thought to get most of it but powerful app.
Update, Now 50k skus and app dev helped with css on mobile wouldn't be without it, works really well.
Update2: Change to App now injecting code into cart template and screwing up prices on my theme......almost at the stage of deinstalling it, but support made a mod for my store!!!! Awesome support!!!
Pretty awesome app! Easy setup and great customer service! I would recommend. The best part is that it's FREE!
App is easy to setup and works perfect. I don't have a lot of pre-order products but use it to manage my inventory levels so customers know if something is out of stock (and it will take longer to fulfill). I recently had a hiccup when I upgraded my Shopify theme and was able to get support very quickly! I highly recommend this app!

Works great! Communicates ship dates to our customers clearly. I recommend using this app if you have gaps in between shipments.
This is by far the most comprehensive pre order app I tested pre launch. The support was amazing and these guys really did take an interest in my project and my needs - including my future ones which they will keep me updated on. They were prompt with their replies to my questions and open to feedback to help make their product work for me. True partners thanks team! *UPDATED* Some 9 months on and the guys are responsive as ever whenever I have an issue (which is rare!) and always make sure I'm satisfied with the service. Thanks again guys :) *UPDATED* Josh was amazing with his response time and going the extra mile to help get the Back in Stock Notify function working with our theme. We used this app to allow our store to put items on pre-order. This app was very easy to use and did exactly what I needed it to. We ran into a coding issue that was effecting our website functionality after install and usage of the app. After reaching out to the developers they adjusted and fixed what was necessary very quickly (and that was even over the holidays!). Thank you guys for this app and your assistance.
