I just download the app so I can't give a review!! but I can't figure out how to set up the Preorder botton, It never shows only shows add to the cart!!
I used this app to ensure my customers start pre-ordering their chosen items and I have seen that it was a success and I was extremely happy about it. Thank you Very much as I am excited with using this app.

I got this app so that I can get my pre-orders set up. So far so good! The customer support I've received has been great as well!

We have tried several times and the support can help us.
doesn't not sync,No help
The app is NOT broken. The "sync" you mentioned, as clearly written in the app, was just the setup progress bar :) You had completed 60% of our recommended setup process...
As for help, our support reached out to you in under one business day, and you had already uninstalled.

good but not so great. Some features like pre order button on collection pages are not working. Overall experience is not good.

I tried this app first but it wasn't working properly in my theme. So, I tried a couple other similar applications and found them to be severely lacking in comparison, so i decided to give pre-order another shot. I emailed the pre-order support team and they gave me the support i needed to solve my issue, and now it works really well.
This app helped me collect information on a specific product or gather contact lists for upcoming marketing campaigns.

Had a brief simple issue with setting this up. They were very responsive to correcting the simple issue and the program works great.
Does not work properly at all with our site. Inventory that was in stock was showing preorder. Inventory that was out of stock wasn't. Waste of time

We DEFINITELY want to get it right for you 100%, and this type of issue is very rare for our app... sounds like perhaps your settings in the app itself just need to be tweaked? There is a checkbox in the app where you can set your "rules" regarding where and when the preorder shows on all products. It's in the "settings" and you just apply it to "all products".
Our technical team has been emailing you to make sure to get this cleaned up for you, whatever it takes. Can you let us know how things are looking now? I really appreciate it!
