Had a brief simple issue with setting this up. They were very responsive to correcting the simple issue and the program works great.
BEWARE!!!! This app does not connect properly with shopify. We set up the pre-order button and it appeared to be fine for several days before the Pre-Order button disappeared and changed to "Add to Cart" making it appear that the product was in stock (since the app requires you to set the product to "continue selling when out of stock). Over 100 orders were placed before we noticed this and they offered NO solution to communicate with the customers that were not aware the item was backordered!!!! No help whatsoever! BEWARE of this app. It will not notify you if there is a glitch and upset A LOT of our customers. This is very damaging to our brand and we would NOT recommend this app.

Best preorder app out there. This is the only one I found with settings for a mixed cart message (preorder + in stock) which is nice as we do not ship all until the preorder arrives. This is one of the most needed features for a preorder app and they have it!
I had a small issue with my layout and the support had me up and fixed in about an hour during the normal 9-5 business hours. Definitely worth the money if you do any preorders. 10/10

Thanks for the review and for reaching out. I'm so sorry that the app didn't work "out of the box" perfectly for the Debut theme. It normally does, yours might have some coding that was tweaked by another app or another developer, and sometimes that coding can conflict with the way that our app performs those functions.
I know it really sucks that the button is just missing on some products - we don't want that at all and I understand your frustration.
Looks like our support guru, Amir (in the Philippines - he's our very best!), is helping you get this fixed up right away as I speak... and if he can't get it right, our dev guy will tackle it when he is back in here in the next 6-12 hours...
I am working with both of them to make double-sure we put your ticket issue as the highest priority today. Hope to have this fixed and working properly right away for you!
If we can get it resolved asap, perhaps you'll reconsider this review? Anything less than 5 stars is not what we are aiming for, and definitely hurts our ranking on the app store. Thanks ahead of time... we are on it though!

I Installed the app twenty minutes ago and I already have some preorders.
Great app 100% recommended.
I am temporarily adding a 1 star review until my issue is resolved. the Preorder button doesn't work on my block theme. I have given them access and they've un-installed it and reinstalled it and then billed me for the APP $39.99 even though I tried their 14 day trial. So far, I've lost complete trust in this APP. I've filed a formal complaint with Shopify as well as the app provider.
Just getting started with the app and adding pre-order products to my website. A bit cumbersome to start. But figured out for the most part what to do and to navigate the app. Needs to have the options of pre-order now, pay later when product is available and ready to ship. Chris has been helpful.
Good app but I can't find how to cancel my subscription, as I want to end it today. Find this very very disappointing.
Hello!
Thanks so much for posting this question here! To cancel any app on the Shopify app store, simply remove that app from the apps section of your Shopify admin. This automatically cancels the billing connection for that app to your Shopify billing.

Does that help? So just delete this the app from your Shopify admin, and that cancels the app billing on our side automatically.
