Slow to show the results on the product page
Not very intuitive for the customer to understand they are basically pre ordering and not ordering

We do offer 24-hr live chat support, Monday through Friday. Please reach out to us via the live chat feature in the app and we will reply to you within minutes to resolve any issues you might be facing. We also love to offer complimentary live screen-share calls to all our valued clients where we can help resolve the issues. Would have been a great product, but it was so slow and buggy, that it just wasn't worth the time to work it all out. Wanted to like this one!
Admittedly, it's my first day with app... but, it's working amazing. added it to all my products. super thrilled.

Easy to setup and use. Tutorial is very straight-forward and there are very clear videos on YouTube that walk you through setup.
