I have contacted you without getting help. I haver used the from and nobody got back to me. The issues was that when you alternate between color some available some preorder eventually the button would only show pre-order even for in stock products. Now I deleted the app, and some of the code remained. How can I fully remove all the code? Batch and preorder button still show up.

I like that this app was a easy set up. Any problems I had, the instructions explain it well enough for me to fix the problem. Just waiting to see if preorders really work! :) If it does, I'll be back to update!

Still learning and it’s nice to have the information, customer service is better when you give them information before hand.
The main issue is that around 10-20% of my pre-orders are not caught by the app. So that means 10-20% of pre-order clients do not know that they are making pre-order. And the worst part is that every morning I need to recheck orders in order to highlight not informed clients and send them information about pre-orders manually. Though, I am risking with bad customer experience because they did not know about it before buying. I contacted support, they tried to fix it, but they failed.

Horrible experience. I had initiated a back order sale on my website with this app. The app automatically applied the XS size for my customers order even when the customer was trying to check out with a different size. I had over 800 orders and 200 emails from customers with issues. Who knows how many customers didn't end up emailing me , but still had an issue with their order. An absolute nightmare and not worth the trouble.

A great Ap, simple to set up, simple to use. Had one slight issue setting up (with our theme, not the Ap itself) but the quick & freindly technical support we received sorted it out in no time.
I received amazing and quick support by Rasheem Christie! He did an excellent job of helping troubleshoot not only the problem I originally had, but also fixed a couple other issues at the same time. Greatly appreciate having this level of support included with the service!
