Works great, though collection page button feature is not compatible with the theme we use(Empire), which is a major drawback for us.

We love this app and it increased our sales, but we cannot get it to STOP showing preorder button even though it is in stock. We even tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but it still shows. We have reached out to customer support.

Still figuring it out and yet to test it fully so cant leave a completed review until that time.
Setup was a little difficult but support team sorted it in a matter of seconds.
Issues integrating to my theme but that's not an issue with the apps end they provided all the necessary info and now its up to the theme developers to sort that their end.
Will change review once more time has passed for me to assess the app for my specific needs.

I used this app as a trial, but I personally don't think I'll be using it again as a paid service. Unfortunately there were no instant chats to help assist when there were errors, and would take 24hours to get an answer, only to be further delayed due to time differences. The product badges were too large, and a few functions weren't displaying as I had made in settings. Overall, I think if it were a free app, I would contemplate using it...but that's just my experience!
I tested it out and while it might have worked for some there were some fundamental challenges with email that had me cancel my trial.
1.) All pre-order emails come from pre-order now's email and not your company's email, this was not a professional finish for me.
2.) All confirmation emails do not allow you to add a picture of your logo at minimum to the email.
Otherwise customer service was very helpful and tried to help me navigate. I also realized after the fact that I could only use the free version of preorders on one product.

I just download the app so I can't give a review!! but I can't figure out how to set up the Preorder botton, It never shows only shows add to the cart!!
good but not so great. Some features like pre order button on collection pages are not working. Overall experience is not good.
