Its pretty easy to use this app... I quite like it. But some functions are restricted unless you subscribe to it.
Hope to understand the app better before I start subscribing.

Nicoz & Josh have provided excellent and prompt customer service. The App also is good and we have been using it successfully for the past 6 months.

I will definitely recommend this app to everyone who plans to have a pre-order sale in your Shopify store. It's great to manage and the customer support is amazing. Although, you may not get outstanding support from every agent you talked to but, there are a few who does understand the assignment and sacrificed you've made to open a store, what it entails and your sleepless night. I can say had my share with a rude agent before and to have Rasheed coming and picking up what the other agent didn't finished and saving me from drowning. Not only he's knowledgeable, but he's also very patient. I'm grateful to you Rasheed and wishing you great success. Stay humble and continue to do what you do best. One day you'll be rewarded.

Great app! Easy to learn, does exactly what I need and has very quick and helpful customer service, would definitely recommend!
We've been using the app to manage backorders, and have found this to be a valuable tool in communicating stock availability to customers at the time of the order.

Just getting started with the app, but had great support in setting it up. I dedicated my Sunday afternoon to improving our pre-ordering process. I had a few questions and hit a few walls in getting the app setup. The team on live chat were super responsive and helped me quickly solve the problems. The front-end CX of the app looks great and we've alot of questions on pre-order delivery times. So I'm expecting this will really boost our pre-order conversion. We're off to a great start!
