Quite disappointed with this app. I loved it at the start but for the past 3 months it's been sending my customers emails that their order contained a preordered product when it doesn't. So it has created a lot of confusion. I have contacted support 4 times and then I don't receive a response and they close the ticket. I then have to open another ticket and the same issue happened. Unfortunately I will have to look for an alternative application as I am not getting help to solve the issue.

We ran into some delayed inventory due to COVID which caused a lot of out of stock issues right before BFCM. We we able to install this app and save thousands of dollars of sales that we would have otherwise lost. There are a couple of set up items that you have to make sure are correct, but the support team was very helpful and the issues were resolved quickly. Great app!

So far I haven't experienced anything bad with the app. It enables us to take the cap off our sales and take in as many orders as possible. Only downside is that it doesn't integrate well with certain themes. We use the "Venture" theme and if customers order the product on the home page, they won't be aware that their product is on pre-order when checking out. Also waiting for integration with other sales channels. If customers order from Instagram or Amazon they won't be aware their product is on pre-order and have to manually email each individual customer.
Works great. Super easy. Love that you can enable or disable pre-order on a variant level. Great app!

Super easy to use and works great! No weird coding needed, the installation was seamless and the preorder buttons set upas well. Great app!
I used this app to indicate to customers that an item I'm selling is on pre-order. I love that there is an option for the product quantity to be above zero which some other pre-order apps do not allow (and which can make Kt incapable of working if you set inventory to zero). I had some issues with set-up but their customer support helped me resolve that within an hour.
