This app fits our current needs perfectly. We have had a couple of challenges that a chat with customer support solved quickly. Tonight I ran in to small issue, opened the chat window and Josh had it fixed in a matter of minutes.

Help support was so fast and so easy to contact. They did a custom edit for my website within minutes. And the person who replied me knew what they were doing perfectly. By far the best app support I have encountered.

I like it but haven't used it enough to give a full review. They should ask for a review after a month of service.

Great product. Very easy to use! Makes a huge difference in sales. Worth it for those that take special orders.
I have set up one product to test and found it easy. The links to the products on my site and the link to the back end help modifying on the fly.
Update July 8th, 2022 . Extremely frustrating. Don't know what is going on with this company - it is like they no longer care. Reported a problem 8 days ago ( notifications do not work) and they could not care less. I have spent hours in the past week repeating the same info to two different members of their customer service then it just gets forgotten about. They don't even bother responding now. In short - the new notification feature does not work and their customer service has become nonexistent with zero follow-up and zero communication with us about any progress. If we treated our customers like this we would be crucified by poor reviews. If you have a problem - dont expect to get much help. Review April 2022 Great App that just works without any trouble.
