Works like a charm! I always get a little nervous when I need a new Shopify app. I've heard of too many apps causing trouble sometimes. But Pre-order Now provided a sleek (and painless) incorporation into my site with great customization options.
It's well worth the $14.95 for a couple of months to put 10 items on pre-order.

Great App for products out of stock. Easy to use and very effective.
I'm very pleased with this app, it has all the options I need. I particularly like the ability to allow partial payment at time of pre-order and collect the balance when shipped. It was easy to customize the settings to make it visually compatible with my theme. There were a few very minor appearance issues, but I got fantastic and almost immediate support from Amandeep who fixed them right away.

5-stars from me! Really helpful support staff, and saves a ton of time to set expectations on the store throughout the checkout process, from the homage, to product page, and lastly through the cart and post-sale, for products that are not in stock. My only criticism would be to expand the pricing to allow more than 5 & 10 products on the lower tiers.. this seems a bit rudimentary as the additional tiers do not offer significantly more value, simply the number of products you can use for the app. Otherwise, a great purchase.

This app is amazing. I love how it lists on the invoice that the item is a pre-order so customers know. Also gives a warning message when people add pre-order items in cart with in stock items suggesting they order separately to avoiding waiting. So glad I got this app. I used to just write in the discription that it was a pre-order but people don't read the details like they should. now I get less questions. Just started using the Pre-order email confirmation and so far so good. This app keeps getting better.
