Very good support, Josh has been awesome and the app is really good. We got a lot of pre orders sales thanks to this that we wouldn't have otherwise
I appreciate that they offer customizable displays to show that my items are on pre-order. They also have fantastic customer service. When you're in the app, there's a little chat bubble and Nicoz helped me troubleshoot some things pretty quickly. Highly recommend and worth the money.

Not perfect but the technical support team is helpful and got most of the major problems fixed. Would have been better if the email function can be activated during the free trail as well.
