FYI this app only supports 1000 items. It isn't stated anywhere, so there's no way for you to know without asking. We have an extensive catalog with more than 10k items on preorder. The funny thing is that this app worked perfectly for us with that many items on pre-order for close to a year. Then - poof - overnight all of our settings/collections disappeared and the app stopped working. Contacted support and they're like, oh by the way, we only support 1000 items. Very frustrating experience, and such a waste of time. If you have less than a 1000 items that you want to offer on pre-order, this app will be great.

To maintain this speed and efficiency, we currently have a limit on the number of items that can be supported on preorder. While this limitation ensures optimal performance for most users, we completely understand how this can be challenging for stores with extensive catalogs like yours.

The app works okay. It probably could work better and have better interface, but it does what it supposed to do. Recently we experienced issue with the app and unfortunately realised how unprofessional developer's support is and slow to resolve a critical for business issues. Support was so unprofessional that we will be looking to replace the app.
