I have a problem with your app
indeed I unchecked "If Inventory Management is handled by Shopify and" Allow customers to purchase this product when it's out of stock "is not checked pre-ordering will stop ounces reach 0." on the following products: https: //www.celeste-mogador.com/products/copie-de-bague-fleurs? variant = 21559167877180 but the pre-order button still appears while I have stock on this variant

Hi, thanks for the review. We already responded to your email. You have selected Mode which starts pre-orders right away. You need to switch to Mode which starts pre-order when inventory is 0. For more help please contact support@codeinero.net. Thanks.
It's a nice app for the occasional pre-orders you need to set up. Pretty easy to use once you learn it, and good customer service!

The team went above and beyond. They were amazing with doing custom icons for the in-stock and preorder buttons we wanted to create for a client. We did a custom in-store button that had a picture of her store and pre-order button that had an image of her shopping bag. All branded. The client was in shock! We are forever grateful and LOVE this app so much! The team was so attentive and always so quick to respond, test, and fix bugs. WE ARE SO HAPPY!

Works perfectly so far. Other apps were not compatible with my theme but this one is!
This pre-order app is great and easy to use. You can set the pre-order for an entire collection instead of having to go variant by variant for each product. The support is also very fast and effective.
I wonder if there is a way to automatically generate an email to the customer letting them know that we are ordering their item especially for them and will sent it to them as soon as we receive it. That would be ideal.
Fantastic Support, Needed to get something implemented and they did it straight away. It wasn't 100% what I wanted, but it will do the job! The support is great, the app is what we need, spot on!
Allowing customers to backorder products has saved us from a tonne of lost revenue that would have been incurred due to out stock products. Mohit has provided exceptional support and we're super grateful for his assistance!
Messaged them over the weakened and was not expecting a response until Monday but I received a response about 10 minutes later which was super quick. They fixed all my issues on the spot and informed me of better improvements in the coming months.
