We had some unusual and very specific needs which the app did not support. However, the support team was committed to helping us come up with a solution and invested many hours in support. The support team helped us develop a creative solution and we are successfully using the PreProduct to collect deposits for wholesale orders.
Amazing high quality app, that does everything it's supposed to do without any glitches. I have to say the absolute best thing about this app though is the support! I've had many questions, across many emails and they were all answered beyond expectations; and in a timely manner. I literally had 5 replies, and a small customization done before another app could even reply 1 time to me, for one simple question. Oh, and even one of the co-founders was helping me via email. Can't ask for more support than that! I look forward to using this app for years to come, and helping grow our business with it.
I believe this is the best app to correct downpayment, and what I love most about this app is the customer support.
This app worked very well for two new product introductions by my company. The support I needed was quickly provided via email.
PreProduct and their team have been our go-to Pre-Order app for a while now and it is very easy to use! It's straightforward with plenty of customization. Their customer service team is very prompt at replying to inquiries and the few times we've needed a hand, they've always come through with solutions to our questions.

Their service is great!! I was having problems with the app (no one else was in our organization) and contacted their service team. Got a response very quickly, went back and forth trying different option with no luck. Finally, we determined that Chrome needed to be updated on my computer. Was never a problem with the app and they helped me solve it in a very short time!! Kudos to the PreProduct support team!!!
Oli & the team at PreProduct are the best in the business when it comes to service & app support. Understanding, prompt & willing to step in and help no matter what the request. Allowed us to run a very smooth pre-order process over a 12 month period. Highly recommend.
