PreProduct first off fills a big need, to have the ability to pay for part of a purchase up front inside the Shopify storefront. But beyond that, this app has some of the best customer service I've seen. Any of our problems, requests, or inquires have been addressed quickly and addressed well—can't say enough about the support team! Overall, have had a great experience with an app that does exactly what it needs to do and with a great team in the back end to boot.

私は日本でshopifyを使っています。予約注文で商品が入荷してからクレジット払いができるアプリはここしか見つかりませんでした。英語での対応はとても親切でした。アプリやこちらのスタッフのヘルプでお陰でたくさんの注文を頂けました。
We are using shopify in Japan. This is the only app we could find that allows me to pre-order and pay by credit card after the item arrives. The support in English was very helpful. We were able to get many orders thanks to the help of the app and the staff here.

This app is really unique and easy to set up, with some features that I have not found in any other app. The support is REALLY helpful and you can count on them anytime you need. If I could I would give Pre Product a million stars, that is the best app ever!

This is a great app to create buzz and accept pre-orders on new products without collecting payments. The app is easy to use. Oli is amazing to work with, going above and beyond and communicating clearly with quick turn arounds. I highly recommend!

Run, don't walk and install PreProduct! We've been a very long time looking for the perfect pre order system and can happily report we've found it! The deferred payment options and flexibility are absolute game changers, and better yet - the support and service from Oli and his team is second to none. Could not recommend this solution more highly, 6 stars!

Oli and the team at PreProduct are always prompt with solving any set-up issues. The app itself is smooth and has a great user experience. It is helping us materially.

EDIT: Email was stuck in spam, devs are super responsive. This app sucks, not very customizable, devs aren't responsive to issues, also, the app will randomly redirect your products back to itself 2x. Not sure why it's doing that.
