In our case it enables us to start selling and test the popularity of different variants so we can make important decisions with design and product add-ons before we start production. PreProduct is a great app that is highly recommended for anyone who wants to get the sales going before product is ready to ship. Customer service is top notch. The app was easy to install. The communication and support is fantastic. We needed some small changes to the way the product buttons looked on the site and Oli was able to make these changes for us.

Great app that means you can pre-sell product without taking payment at the time. I wanted this option as I was unsure of when my product would arrive. Once products arrived I sent one email with all the payment links direct to all the pre-orders. Very simple. Customer service was very prompt and helped me sort out some initial kinks in the beginning.
