I believe this is the best app to correct downpayment, and what I love most about this app is the customer support.
This app worked very well for two new product introductions by my company. The support I needed was quickly provided via email.
PreProduct and their team have been our go-to Pre-Order app for a while now and it is very easy to use! It's straightforward with plenty of customization. Their customer service team is very prompt at replying to inquiries and the few times we've needed a hand, they've always come through with solutions to our questions.

Excellent app, which allowed us to charge customers a small part of the total amount immediately as part of a pre-launch and to charge the remaining amount in the future on a day defined in the app.
Questions about the setting options were answered quickly, professionally and extremely politely. I am very satisfied with this app and the development team behind it. We will be implementing many more pre-launches with the help of this app.

Their service is great!! I was having problems with the app (no one else was in our organization) and contacted their service team. Got a response very quickly, went back and forth trying different option with no luck. Finally, we determined that Chrome needed to be updated on my computer. Was never a problem with the app and they helped me solve it in a very short time!! Kudos to the PreProduct support team!!!
