This app worked very well for two new product introductions by my company. The support I needed was quickly provided via email.
PreProduct and their team have been our go-to Pre-Order app for a while now and it is very easy to use! It's straightforward with plenty of customization. Excellent app, which allowed us to charge customers a small part of the total amount immediately as part of a pre-launch and to charge the remaining amount in the future on a day defined in the app.
Questions about the setting options were answered quickly, professionally and extremely politely. I am very satisfied with this app and the development team behind it. We will be implementing many more pre-launches with the help of this app.
