Pre-order app modes

'pay later' pre-sale - Just pre-order and customer details are captured. A ‘thank-you email' is sent at the time of pre-order.

'deposit-based' pre-sale – The pre-order and customers details are captured along with their deposit. Then when the store is ready, payment link emails are sent for the remaining amount.

'pay now' pre-sale - Customers will be sent to checkout (or cart) straight away.
