We can’t recommend PDQ enough. We were looking for a way to level up delivery and really up our delivery experience.
The PDQ team dialed up our revenues in a few different ways. Possibly the most impactful was enabling express shipping to our California customers, then helping us make that express option more desirable to increase its selection. California is our biggest and most loyal customer segment and they absolutely love getting their goods super-quickly. The effect this had on our shipping profits has been huge.
Lastly, PDQ helped us connect our store to show UPS access points in our checkout, enabling us to offer a pickup option to customers instead of shipping to their doorstep. Some of our customers really love this.
All in all, it’s a no-brainer. If you have a chance to work with them, do it. Thanks guys!

If you only try one tool for eCommerce delivery, make it PrettyDamnQuick (PDQ). We have searched long and hard for software that can handle fulfillment in multiple locations. Because we deal with live inventory (i.e., plants), we often change order fulfillment locations. PDQ is the only software that can handle the dynamic changing of fulfillment locations. With PrettyDamnQuick’s split-order feature, it makes it a breeze- keeping track of inventory and even notifying customers ahead of time. Additionally, they added custom features that allow us to print out custom labels and brochures for each order. PDQ is very receptive to suggestions and quick to respond to issues or questions. Working with them has been a pleasure, and I look forward to growing together!
