PrettyDamnQuick is a major upgrade from our previous tools. All of our delivery options are in one place and we use PDQ's automations to save hours of work per week (which is huge for our small-but-growing team). We ship wine all over the country and when it comes to local delivery in NYC, PDQ has integrated seamlessly with our courier's platform to provide our customers the best experience possible. New features are added every 2-3 weeks that are easy to pick-up and immediately implement. Additionally, PrettyDamnQuick has the best support team that is always willing to develop and customize to our needs. We highly recommend PrettyDamnQuick for any business looking to tremendously streamline their shipping processes!

PrettyDamnQuick has been a godsend for our team. We found PDQ at a time when we were migrating our website to Shopify. We really needed a checkout tool to get control over our delivery options and get the best conversion rate for the new Shopify setup.
We particularly love how PDQ helps us get around some limiting Shopify defaults. For example, PDQ prevents Shopify from duplicating shipping prices together from multiple locations, which was confusing customers and losing us sales. PDQ also makes in-store pickup available to local orders, even for multi-origin shipments which our customers love.
It’s also great for setting up live carrier rates with special pricing rules. The rules depend on things like specific orders and/or shipping locations. We were amazed at how quickly they turned something really complicated into a plan and system that’s simple for our team to manage. And it’s pretty amazing how now each customer gets highly personalized shipping pricing.

I can say with complete confidence that PDQ will provide the best experience possible for both your customers and your fulfillment team. Thanks to their partnership with our 3PLs, we’ve reduced backorders by a lot, increased upsales and overall customer conversion rates. Using their Verify screen, we’ve been able to save a lot of money and aggravation by preventing all sorts of order issues. Their powerful but easy to use rules and automations engine frees up lots of time and cost. Simply put, since we started using PDQ our business has grown significantly but our staff, costs and workload have not.
