I will say Customer Support is responsive, but App is very glitchy! I tried to use for our Cyber Monday sale. Instead of using a promo code or the automatic Shopify discount, I thought it would be nice to show the 40% off sale price on every single product. It did change all the prices but shows original price as $0. All of my original prices still show $0 (even after I reverted it back to normal). Thankful customer support was available to help but it is still not resolved.

I am Autumn, Customer Success Manager of the SALE+ app. I am sorry for the inconvenience the app has caused yesterday. As my colleague Daniel has explained, the display of $0 was due to the settings of your theme, which is different from common themes that we didn't expect before.
However, we have successfully resolved and find a way to not let it show the compare-at-price as $0 for the next time you revert the price. We understand that the solution comes a bit later and you've uninstalled the app by then so you didn't see our messages anymore.
If you would give our app another chance, it will show correctly. And we are always here to support you if anything as well.

Autumn and Ellie were awesome. This is an easy to use app and it is priced right!!
Great App
Variants aren't working. I choose, for instance, a candle that has 3 different sizes available -- we only want the large to be on sale. This app doesn't keep it. Once you fix this, I'll come back, it works otherwise.

If you doesn't find that setting or for some reasons, it doesn't work on your store, our team is always available to help you with it. Unfortunately the app doesn't work with euro currency otherwise would have been perfect.

I am Autumn from the Customer Support team. On behalf of the team, we are very sorry that the app didn't work well with EUR currency.
Since that time, we have been in touch with Shopify regarding this and they are trying to investigate and fix the display from their side.
It has been escalated to the Merchants Support team but to access your store to fix the theme, they ask the merchant to contact them personally.
Just want to let you know in case you encounters this issue again. And I hope for your understanding in our limit in resolving this issue for you.
