the customer service was a meh. They asked me to remove my color swatch feature on collection page and related product feature on product page. $29 a month but I need to remove my features? are you kidding me? And you cannot really set your own price. It auto change the price with exchange rate. The 3 stars are for their support, been helping me, taking 2 stars off for the app and not be able to compatible with the features
as much as i need this app, the customer support is bad...decades to answer and many time the chat box disappearing !!!. The App affects the variants which is not good too

It's very unfortunate sir that even after providing you the support on the Weekend (Sunday) you have left us one star Review By Mentioning the Support is Bad Which is something I don't agree and Which is not right, Our Customer Support Executive "Arpan" have already provided you the support on weekend and also have send you the multiple emails on sales@divamall.ae, but we haven't heard anything from your end,
We are Providing The Merchant's Support even on the weekend also which other apps don't do, And Our app works on the basis of the Theme so it's not changing or Deleting any of your inbuilt variants
Therefore, I request you If you can check again because i am sure none of your variants has been affected from our app.

The support is great and the app delivers what it says. I suggest it to anyone trying to sell worldwide
I want to leave a review and maybe save sales for some people.
This app broke my sales completely. I didn't figure out why I am having such a huge drop at first, so I lost a lot of money.
After I deleted this app, everything was restored.
So what does this app do?
it creates additional options in the product card, which then are automatically shown in the catalog (shop) on your Instagram + in your Advertising campaigns with the catalog.
And it broke completely all sales.
And the support continues saying that they didn't make any changes on Social media. Even though it is obvious to everyone who has a shop on Instagram, that catalog on Instagram is connected to your website.
So I strongly advise you not to use this app.

i have used this app multi country pricing and it was great to use this app and the support team are also great. it can be more better and more easy in the future. over all i loved this app and its very user friendly too
So far so good, Arpan was helpful in more ways than one. Amazingly patient staff!

Leider wurde bei einem Min-Max Preis der jeweils größte Preis über alle Währungen angezeigt und ließ sich auch nach Rücksprache mit dem Support nicht ändern.
Daher nicht das Richtige für uns.
