Arpan continues to provide excellent support for our queries, is very polite, patient and answers around the clock (bearing in mind the time differences between our continents). No question or problem is too great, and we have benefited from the efficient support given by both him and the tech team. Thank you for the great service.

I think it is ok we update our plan, current plan it is not ok so after update plan i will check it is ok or not for our store

Although I am on my free trail and in the middle of setting up the app, I wanted to say that the support I got was outstanding. I had a couple of questions and was not sure about the set up, half way into it. I contacted the app support and got into a google video with Arpan who patiently talked me through the set up and answered my questions. More than that we exchanged on whats app prior to the meeting. I realised at the end of the meeting that he was helping me on a bank holiday in India. I am delighted to start with such a help and the confidence of knowing a real and helpful person is there to help behind this app. Will review again as I am getting going .
