Excellent 24 hour tech support. You will be hard pressed to find many apps on this store who beat their response time. I have just installed it so, not experience yet with sales,

The app is simple to use and set up, with considerable options for layout and usage. It doesn't have the ability to set up different tiers for different variants of a single product, which I would've liked. I also would like a bit more customization in the text display of the discount tiers; specifically, the ability to include the quantity twice. All said, the app is five stars considering the price is reasonable and the simplicity and benefit are overwhelmingly positive.

i add the quantity breaks apps , is great ,it can take discount for all my products ,and their teams provide help in time when i have any question, thans a lot

The app is simply the best for the "quantity breaks" feature. And above all the staff is very fast and reactive. I had a problem with the settings and Artyom save me. Thank's a lot to him

Not at all useful if you use discount codes. Customers complain they cant now use the codes. Should however, make an option in this app that you can use discount codes when buying multiple items. Even if one stock item has multiples and others don't, customers are unable to use discount codes which leads to a poor experience. This needs to be fixed by the developers of this app!
